Davide Giardino Campiglio

Davide is the Founder of DGC-Luxury Homes, a real estate advisory boutique helping international clients buying luxury properties in Paris and Los Angeles and providing them with all the answers and solutions when complexities arise. He has a long history of profitable real estate investments across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, France, and Italy) and acted as a private client advisor for international high net worth individuals wishing to buy their homes in Europe and California. Davide knows the ins and outs of non-resident investing in Paris and Los Angeles and can direct you to the right fiscal and legal advisors who will discuss with you the advantages and precautions before buying your dream home.

 

Davide is fluent in 4 languages (En, Fr, It, Sp), worked for several years as Economist and Investment Advisor for global financial institutions and private equity advisory boutiques before building a solid track record in the real estate industry. He holds a double degree from Bocconi (Milan) and USC (Los Angeles), a Masters in Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and a Masters in Finance from LBS. Davide is passionate about modern and contemporary art, international literature, and has a large network of friends and clients in finance, the entertainment industry, the art world, and the marketing & PR industries.

A licensed real estate sales agent in California and licensed broker in Europe, Davide is also involved in some development projects as co-investor with other international players.
